Training is taught in an 8hr format or 16hr format.  The entire 14 chapters of the ServSafe® Essentials 5th Edition manual are covered in the training.  An exam will be administered at the end of training.  The exam is 90 questions multiple choice and a student must score a 75 or higher on the exam to become a Certified Food Safety Manager.  Once a student is certified their certification will last for five years.

We reserve the right to cancel a class up to 3 days before the class start date, in such case students will be notified to reschedule at no charge or be refunded 100% of registration minus the cost for study material and shipping.  Additionally, we reserve the right to change prices and policies with verbal notification.
